Not a prescribing manual. Codex Medica is a research constitution for ethnobotanical documentation. It records witnessed traditions, interpreted mechanisms, and tested outcomes as separate layers that must never be collapsed. It does not diagnose, dose, prescribe, or instruct preparation of hazardous, intoxicating, abortifacient, or otherwise high-risk substances. CARE Principles govern Indigenous data before FAIR openness. Botanical plates in the EPUB/PDF are freely licensed identification images (public domain or CC BY / CC BY-SA), not preparation guides.
