The planned historian/legal, victim-family sensitivity, Ghanaian/Kenyan cultural, SANAP and technical outside reviews were not performed before release. The author approved publication with that omission stated plainly. Readers with standing or expertise are warmly invited to identify harm or error for a corrected edition.
